Privacy policy

Three small pieces of information, each kept for thirty days and each readable only by this site:

• The city and approximate position your internet connection reports. This is what lets the site show you the shops nearest to you without asking you first.
• The city you pick yourself, if you pick one. Your choice wins.
• The language you pick yourself, if you pick one. Your choice wins here too.

None of these is used to advertise to you, and none of them is shared. Clearing your browser's site data removes all three, and the site works without them.

Where the site shows the nearest shop, that is worked out from the approximate position your network reports, not from your device's satellite location. If we ever ask your browser for a more precise position, your browser will ask your permission first and you are free to refuse.

We count page views and measure how quickly pages load, so we can tell which parts of the site people use and which parts are slow on a phone. This is done by Vercel, who host the site. It sets no cookies and is not tied to you as a person.

The form on the Contact page does not send anything to us. It takes what you have written and opens WhatsApp with that message ready for you to send, so you can read it, change it, or not send it at all.

Once you send it, the conversation is a WhatsApp conversation like any other, and it is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy rather than ours. What you send us we keep only for as long as it takes to answer you and to serve you afterwards.

• We do not sell or rent anything about you to anyone.
• We do not run advertising trackers or build profiles.
• We do not ask for your name, number or email to browse the site.
• We do not take payments on this site.

Three companies are involved in showing you this site, and each sees only what it needs to:

• Vercel hosts the site and measures how fast it loads.
• Sanity stores the product information and the photographs.
• WhatsApp, which is part of Meta, carries the conversation if you choose to message us.

You can clear the three pieces of information above at any time from your browser's settings, and you can change the city and the language on any page of the site.

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it. There is no archive of earlier versions; what is written here is what the site does today.
